What we collect
When you place an order, request a table, send a function enquiry or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone number, and any dietary, accessibility or event information you share. Order and booking records use unique references.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil your order, manage your booking or respond to your enquiry. Marketing consent is separate and optional — if you don't tick it, we won't add you to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Payments
We never store card details. In production, payments are processed by Stripe and an order is only marked as paid once Stripe's verified webhook confirms the payment. This demonstration build does not request or process card information at all.
The Reserve Assistant
Our assistant answers from approved menu, offer and venue information. Conversations may be logged so we can improve answers and follow up on enquiries where you've given consent. It never asks for or accepts payment details.
Demonstration mode
While this site is in demonstration mode, anything you submit is stored only in your own browser as isolated demo data. No emails are sent, no payments are taken and no bookings are held. You can clear it at any time from the demo guide.
